The community is comprised of 271 single homes developed in 2000.  Bloomingdale Ridge is located on the east side of Hwy 301 S, 1 mile south of Bloomingdale Ave which is part of unincorporated Hillsborough County.  If you are thinking about purchasing a home here you could not find a better place with easy access to downtown Tampa, and Westfield Mall in Brandon.

REMINDERS:

Trash Pick-Up

The Board would like to remind you that trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday mornings.  Yard waste and recycling are picked up on Thursdays.  All trash , recycling and yard  waste should not be put out any earlier than then night prior to the day of pick-up. 


All items like mattress, furniture and other large item should be taken to the county dump and not left curbside.


All trash containers  should be store out of street view. Failure to properly store your containers will result in a violation notice.

Top violations and Remedies to avoid violation letters and fines

Garbage cans - remove garbage cans and store out of sight or in a corral area.

Lawn Maintenance -  Mow and edge weekly,  trim bushes to the height of 42 inches.  Mulch and weed plant beds.  Trim trees.

House exterior - Pressure wash,  Exterior painting.,

Pressure wash sidewalks and driveway.

Mailboxes - clean and paint mailboxes and posts.  Mailboxes  must also display the house number in large 2 1/2-3" numbers.  Trim overgrown forage around mailboxes.

NOTE: All homeowners are required to submit an Alteration Application prior to any exterior changes.
